My name is Lukas and I am currently a PhD student at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, Germany. Previously, I finished a Master's degree in Physics at the University of Heidelberg.

My research interest is to develop mathematical language to understand the foundations of artificial intelligence and to implement this understanding in useful algorithmic applications. My approach rests on developing notions of shared computational structures to understand concept formation and semantic meaning. Here you can see a list of some of my publications.
